The hostel has much of the original decor remaining. With the renovation, it has a pleasant and wellcoming retro feeling which has been appreciated by the regular guests in the form of both vasaloppet-racers and alpine skiiers, families, clubs and individuals. Since 1981 the Andersson family have owned and rented out to skiers and staff, many returning guests! With the close location to the Kläppen Skiresort are also fine sources of income from the staff who rent seasonally.
The direct access to the Vasaloppet Arena allows the house to get a full booking, both around the ”Open Track”-”Öppet Spår” and the Big Race of Vasaloppet and the races in between. Many of the visitors also choose to stay additional nights in connection with the races = good revenue.
The booking status for the summer is also great with the reason of ”Cykelvasan”-Vasaloppet by Bike.The house has low running costs and also the good soundproofing between the floor. A house with immense qualities and potential, even in private.
