The size of the estate is 7 hectare and is entirely registered within the residential area of the town. It can be purchased by anyone living in the European Community.
The estate is situated in the hilly surroundings at the northern side of the Bükk National Park. The estate consists of 3 houses, and a large garden with a swimming pool.

Currently the estate is being used as guest house and campsite with the possibility of horseback riding. One of the houses is being used by the current owners as their home. The other 2 houses are used as guesthouse and holiday home. The guesthouse has 5 rooms (one of them is a family room) with each their own bathroom, and a bar area (30 m2). Additionally, there is a completely furnished breakfast/dining room with a kitchen, suitable for 8 guests. Together, the guest house and the holiday home can accommodate 19 guests, and has a permit for 15 camping places, but is easily expendable. There is also space available to install several cabins or furnished tents. There have already been negotiations with the local authorities about such installations.

Among others, the campsite can be found on the website of the SVR (Dutch Campsite platform), the ACSI (European camping website) and the ANWB (Dutch tourism organisation). It is also featured on several campervan websites. The campsite is on average rated at 8.4 by the guests. Our campsite is often very busy with guests from all over Europe.

The estate has a horse riding area and 2 stables. One of the stables is equipped with 11 horse boxes and 2 saddle storage rooms.

All activities are brought into a Kft (Hungarian limited liability company). This company will be transferred to the purchaser.

The estate and everything attached to it will be sold as an operating business from which income can directly be received. The sale includes all movable assets such as the furniture of the guest house and the bar, all machines used to maintain the property such as: mowing machine, mini tractor, mini wheel loader, etc.
In january 2019 the owner gained subsidy for the modernisation of the guesthouse, which already has begun.
