The house is located in the town of Bosanski Petrovac, Bosnia. The nearby surroundings of the city offer a lot of opportunities for skiing, cycling, recreation and nature sightseeing in Una national park.

The whole plot is surrounded by cypresses and partly by a stone wall. There's also an auxiliary facility near the house which is also a part of the property.
