On the ground floor there is a big fully equipped kitchen, a sitting room with satellite TV, home cinema and a WC. From this floor there is immediate access to a big garden and a big specious veranda with barbecue facilities ,two sunbeds and one hammock and a big swimmingpool.
There is a path through our garden and some stairs which guide you  to an almost private beach where you can enjoy swimming,sunbathing or fishing away from the noise of crowded places.You need about 5 minutes to go down but it's really worth it. 
There is also free parking for at least 3 cars.

The villa has aircondition in every room and has a photovoltaic system so there is no need to pay for electricity
the villa is fully equiped and ready for use and can accomodate easy 10 people
