Now just some details about my house. It is a private and indipendent house (the house is recorded in Italy as a VILLINO), with a private parking area (space for 5-6 cars) and a private garage.
On the ground floor you can find a porch with many plants, a very fresh place in summer, where you can listen the delicate sound of leaves on the trees during the night. A large kitchen where you have a lot of space that will allow you to prepare your special meals. Living room has a beautiful fireplace that will warm your nights on Christmas. 1 complete bathroom with bath tube, 1 storage room.
On the first floor you can find 5 bedrooms and an additional room that you can adapt as bedroom or study or office. Two bedrooms have terrace, three have window. Here you can find 2 bathroom: one private bathroom in bedroom and a complete bathroom (with bath tube and shower).
