The only one of its kind (in Latvia) automatic facade lighting system - hidden lighting elements that do not spoil the appearance of the facade (German - Austrian system)
All new modern communications - new electrical wiring, water sewage, central heating system (heat meters on each floor), fireplaces on each floor, new ventilation system, common air conditioning system in each room (DAIKIN), video cameras, video door phones, alarm system, etc.
