Property Description

This is a beautiful house, made from real wood, in the forest. It's 5 kilometers away from Ciumani. The house has one hectare garden, with pinewoods, and with a small creek, that goes through the plot. (There is also a small bridge, where the cars can get to the house.) The house has 4 bedrooms with kingsized beds, three of them on the first floor, and one on the ground floor. Both floors has one bathroom, with bathtub and shower too. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a dining room -which is a winter garden- where twelve people can enjoy their meals. In the living room there is a small fireplace (not open), some sofa and couch where you can have a rest, after hiking or a simply long walk. Energy comes from solar cells with some help of diesel generator.
In winter you can go skiing, or just rent a snowmobile and have an adventure. In the summer, you can go hiking, fishing, or travel to some other cities in the near, and visit some sights.
