?he first floor is a two bedroom apartment of about 70 sq.m., with two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower, two terraces, one at the front, with spectacular sea view and a rear one facing the hills. Three Rock operates as a guest house & writers’ residency since 2012. The house is fully furnished and equipped with home appliances.
