Property Description
House was purchased from our side at end of 2019. The complete house was restored during a one-year renovation - new roof, new water pipes, new electric installation, new windows/doors, all floors are as well new. Basically, we just left the outside walls, everything else was reconstructed.House has 2 bedrooms and one child's room. There are two bathrooms in the house (one on each floor). In the basement is a small spa, with a sauna and relaxation room - and a small vine cellar as well.
The complete property is fenced and there are as well some young plants growing - as well planted by us.
