The house is built on a hill surrounded by chestnut trees. It has uninterrupted views of the Aegean sea as well as of the mountains.. It overlooks the beaches of Damouhari, Papa Nero and Ag. Ioannis. Tsagarada, one of the most famous villages of the region, is just 5 kilometers from the House. Milopotamos, one of Greece's most famous beaches is 15 minutes away by car. A cobbled trail passes through the property with access to Pelion's beaches (15 minutes on foot) and forests. Mouresi makes for an ideal base for year round holidays, whether trekking the coble stone paths, skiing in the nearby Hania ski resort (15 mins away), swimming its beautiful beaches (2-3 mins away) or being a tourist eating in Ag. Ioannis' fish tavernas (2-3 mins away.)
