The property is located 38 km west of Prague inside an area of outstanding natural beauty. The house itself is on the outskirts of a small village and immediately adjacent to the pristine meadows, fields and woods of the surrounding countryside. Further useable area of the property is approx. 417m2 and includes a small garden with fruit trees, a sunny yard, with a pergola and three utility cellars. The smallest of these holds various tools for gardening etc. The largest cellar includes an original workbench and can be used as a work- or creative space. The third cellar is currently used as a storage space for wood used in the stoves as well as coal used in the central heating. The property has its own supply of excellent drinking water by way of a well located in the yard however a connection to the central water supply is possible immediately. Sewage is managed by way of a sump on site. The property is connected to the local electrical (220/380V) and telephone networks.
