Corsano is a very small village located in the north-side of Tuscany within the Lunigiana area, rich of historical suggestions and popular traditions. The village is inside the Alpi Apuane National Park and it is close both to the sea (35 km from the famous locations of Lerici, Golfo dei Poeti, Cinque Terre) and, at the same distance, to the sky resort of Passo del Cerreto. Corsano is 18 km away from the highway and the railway station of Aulla and 80 km away from the international airport of Pisa. It is an ideal location to visit the art cities of Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Genova (all of them from 1 to 2 hours by car). Shops for food and other utilities are in near villages from 2 to 5 km away.
The property is an independent portion of a two-floor town-house, recently renewed and settled in the hearth of the village; the property includes also a ~ 1.800 m2 of land with fruit trees located just 150 m outside the village. The space of the town-house is originally distributed through different levels from the street floor up to the roof. Most of the rooms have beamed ceilings, and a double exposition towards the village and the mountains. The house can be sold as fully or partially furnished, according to the preference.
