It has mains electric, water and security alarm with cameras. Telephone can be connected if required. It has a 40 metre long drive with plenty of room for parking. Lots of spare land for veggie plot, chickens, goats, donkey etc. Access to the house from the town is via a single track partly tarmac and partly unmade and is reasonable for driving a normal family car. About 1 hours drive to Valencia airport along fast roads.

The nearest holiday resort beach is in Gandia (Grau), which is about one hours drive, and has a beautiful, flat, sandy, clean beach, a few miles long, with beach bars every 200 metres or so, and palm trees on the beach. Plenty of free parking any time of year. Also lots of bars and restaurants. There is also a harbour for private yachts. There are also other smaller and sandy beaches. Benidorm is about a 2 hour drive South.

The views from the house, over the valley and to the hills and mountains beyond are some of the best in the area. Plenty of long country walks, mountain biking, horse riding along quiet tracks and hunting immediately outside the gate. Rock climbing nearby. No more building of houses permitted in the general area.

The town of Beniganim (about 8 minutes drive away) has all the facilities needed to provide a family and has three supermarkets and lots of smaller shops, schools and two or three internet café’s and library, two of which provide free WIFI access and free use of the computers/internet, which are in English or Spanish.
