About the place:
This house is in a village, name: Balatonszabadi. It is only 6km from the citycenter of Siofok, which is one of the main town of Lake Balaton with lots of tourists at Summer, vibrant nightlife, tasty restaurants and nice coffee shops. If you want to swim in the Lake Balaton, you can reach its free beaches easily in 4 km. Here is the biggest (paid) beach of the Balaton (8 hectar) with pool, different sport courts, with Siofok-Eye, and concerts in the evenings. The water is slowly deepening, the basin is sandy.
The thermal spa, which is also only for some 5km away offers relaxing programs for all ages during the whole year. The public transport service is also good in the village with quite freqently coming buses. From Siofok you can make tours by train, buses or boats. Budapest, the capital of Hungary also can be reached easily on highway in 1hour (100km)
This village is the biggest in the region. It has own doctor, dentist, pharmacy, there are 4-5 playing grounds, open-air fitness park, nursery, school, culture house, library, churces and a pre-nursery is under construction now.
There is also a petrol station, with a well-equipped DIY shop, where you can find everything, whatever you need in the house and garden.
