MY STORY
I am one of those who showed up at Ramstaddal School as a 7-year-old. Full of anticipation, ready to begin the first independent era of life. My heart was beating extra at the thoughts of what was going to happen when I met all the big kids. For many years, this was the safest and most tangible I had to relate to.

As you can understand, it was with a touch of nostalgia that I received the keys in 2016. I had bought the old school without spending a thought about what was going to be the purpose!

Immediately the plans began to grow. The property is perfectly located as a base for local and peripheral excursions. Parts of the outdoor area can easily be made into a parking space for caravans. Other areas can elegantly be used for children’s play, recreation or as a gathering place around a barbecue.

The key was if I could change the status from school to private residence. Then I just had to furnish the new ward for housing for my family and me.

But then my family situation changed, and now I want to give this opportunity to someone who can see the beauty and wants to develop and use this gem for their new life.


THE BEDROOMS
In the primary residence you will find 3 bedrooms, neat and ready with furniture. Two are directly connected to their own bathroom, which give you a sense of exclusivity.

In the older part one of the large room can easily be remade for two bedrooms.


THE PRIMARY KITCHEN
The kitchen in the primary residence was new in 2021 and is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob and extractor fan. Plenty of drawers and a large sink. The design is two-tone mat green
and glossy white. A large and eye-catching nature photo dominates the impression and gives the kitchen an exclusive look.


THE PRIMARY LIVINGROOM
Light and open space is what comes to mind when entering the livingroom. And because the kitchen is open together with livingroom, the outdoor light is coming from both sides and give you the feeling of direct connection to nature.

most incredible scenery.

And of course, you don’t have to go anywhere. There is plenty to find, right on the door step of Svindsetvegen 117.

A fully equipped kitchen can provide all the hospitality you wish for, and the XL-sized rooms can be rebuilt for what you ever can imagine.

Today some are used for home cinema and meeting room, but feel free to create what ever you need.


THE LOFT
After removing the huge and uneconomic ventilation system, the room in the loft was huge.

A total of 72 m2, just to develop for your own purpose.


THE POWER
And the electric power capacity is suddenly more than adequate to use for campers and other outdoor needs, like swimming pool etc.

From January 2021 optical fiber provides high speed internet throughout the building.
