From both villages there is a good metro connection with the city of Valencia.
The village Lliria is world famous as a music town.
Shopping can be done in Bétera and in Lliria in large supermarkets and in smaller shops.
The house has its own driveway and parking place. It also has a shaded patio with table and chairs, a large private garden with trees, plants and flowers and a large private swimming pool.
