The average rental price/night at our property is around 400-450 lei.
The built-up area is 427 sqm, of which the ground floor is 206 sqm (after the construction of the bridge, another 200 sqm can be added to the total area).
Building composed of 16 rooms with individual bathrooms (19 sqm / room), 4 technical rooms, attic ready for development (the attic has a concrete slab over the floor, with all the electrical, sanitary and suction networks installed).
