We are selling our beloved family house / holiday home. It has a really big lot (6800 m2), the house is almost new yet it has a rustic atmosphere with a fireplace, furnace, wooden-beamed ceilings and rooms in the attic.

The house is completely renovated, almost new, both inside and outside. In the recent years we were continuously maintaining, caring for it and beautified both the house and its surroundings.

New roof, new wooden windows, the hot water is provided by an electric boiler. The heating is provided by a fireplace combined by central heating, which makes the whole house warm in seconds.

The city center of Zalaegerszeg can be reached by car in 10 minutes, with all the popular shopping centers and store chains.

One of the special features of the estate is the picturesque view, with spectacular sunsets, thousands of stars in the sky at night, and in clear weather you can also see the foothills of the Alps (with snow in May).
