Property Description

The Mill is based 65 km from capital city Vilnius. Driveway from the main road is in good shape and only 1 km long. Main road is No. 119 Anyksciai-Moletai.
Neighbours are quite friendly, there are only 2 of them. One of them lives there all year round.

Close-by there is a town called Alanta. At the town there are Alanta Manor Art Gallery, a middle school, various shops, pharmacy, ambulatory.

These parts are the cleanest places in all of Lithuania.

I was planning to do a lot of interesting businesses in the territory of the Mill - fish cage farming, organic farming, rural tourism, shiitake mushroom growing, the restaurant business, camper and camping business.
Although, I am not capable of accomplishing that now, due to my health issues.
But the main planned activity was production of electricity - solar, wind and hydro. Solar (on the roof) - 30 kW, wind - 30 kW, hydro - 50-100 kW.

About the building:
The Mill was built in 1889 and needs a restoration of the interior.
In the basement there is a medieval fireplace, 3 metre height ceiling, windows are newly done. The basement is always dry.
At the ground floor there are 6 rooms, newly done sewer pipes, windows are of high quality and newly done too.
Outside the Mill there are:
New 15 kW electrical drive and electrical substation.
Garden, forest (± 2 ha) and land-plot of ±10 ha.
The pond is 2 ha size, has an inflow of 2 creeks, is full of crab and cancer, fish-stocked.
The territory around the Mill is safe and landscapes are eye-catching, beautiful.
