A cozy 2-bedroom vacation home on a remote beach of Misnjak in Pag, Croatia (near Zadar) on a larger property directly by the sea. The house and all the facilities were built in the last few years.The property has a lot of resting areas, an outdoor fireplace & kitchen, an outdoor cinema area, a natural pool / jacuzzi built from stone and a small garden.
There is a sewage and water system installed, a smaller fireplace for heating in the winter and air conditioning. The electricity runs on solar panels, there is also a backup generator but never used since solar panels provide more than enough electricity.
The house is removed from the tourist area, the last 200 meters to the house is a gravel road directly by the sea (see photos). The nearest strore / pharmacy are 3km away the are a lot of nice restaurants in the 2-3km area.
