House On Mountain Velebit With Beautiful View

The house is located in the village of Bacic Duliba in the middle of Velebit mountain, in the protected area of Velebit Nature Park, at an altitude of 860 meters. It offers a beautiful view of Bacic kuk. The property is large, 7900m2, providing complete privacy and has the potential for tourism due to its attractive location. It is close to the sea, sea coast and beach is only a half-hour drive away. The proximity to Premuzic's trail, climbing, hiking, and biking trails, just 200 meters from the house, makes it ideal for nature lovers.

The road to the house is a well-maintained gravel road, approximately 5 kilometers long, and the rest is an asphalt road. The house has been mostly renovated in 2022 and is still undergoing renovations, with some final touches to be completed by the end of this year. Electricity comes from a new 3kW solar system, and water for drinking and cooking is collected from the rainwater harvesting system with built-in filtration, stored in a 2000-liter tank for drinking water. Heating is provided by an 11kW wood-burning stove. Satellite internet and wifi are available.

The kitchen, bathroom, dining room, and living room have been renovated, and there is completely new PVC joinery, as well as new paneling and laminate flooring. Wooden stairs lead to the upper floor, and the view from the gallery through a large glass wall is on Bacic kuk stones.

The additional house ( brown ) by the main one ( red ) is dismantled but can be rebuild in the area, on the plot where it was. I remove it because I repurpose that area based on my needs.

There is a possibility of building an auxiliary facility within the permitted limits on the property.
