together as they integrate due to the property lines. Both are
partially furnished with beds, cupboards, tables, linens, and a
complete kitchen inventory. The cellar is equipped with
winemaking equipment and there are two storage areas with
garden tools, mowers and trimmers. The properties are located on
the south side of the hill enjoying maximum sunlight, halfway up the mountain with a million dollar view.
The main house was built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, a
bathroom and an open concept kitchen, living and dining rooms all

of 3 varieties: juhfark, furmint and riesling.
