This 10 year old 2 bed / 1 bath air-conditioned apartment is beautifully decorated to a very high standard. It has all you need to have a stress free, comfortable and very enjoyable holiday home in a beautiful part of Italy where you see the real Italy and its culture. This part of Italy hasn’t been commercialised like others, but don’t for one second think that this means it doesn’t have everything you would expect from a home in the sun. Just a short drive (or cycle) from Pizzo town, this Beach Club resort is close to the beach (400metres) with two swimming pools, a bar, restaurant, playing area for small children and just a beautiful short walk through a eucalyptus forest to the beach. All modern day expectations are satisfied in the resort and in the area close by. Pizzo is a wonderful town with many sights to see, with great restaurants, bars and cultural activities.. It is also very close to the beautiful seaside town of Tropea and its famous coastline and beaches. One thing that shouldn’t go unmentioned is that this part of Italy hasn’t had the boom like the Midlands or the North, so prices for eating out are substantially cheaper than other parts of Italy.

In terms of the property, the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all essential cooking items and electrical appliances: Oven, Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer etc... There are two bedrooms, one large double room and one large twin room, the living room, dining room and kitchen area is sufficiently large for a sofa bed to fit comfortably for additional bed space. The Bathroom has a large shower and wash area for clothes washing.

As mentioned, the property has two air conditioning units (recently serviced) installed and has a large long balcony that fits patio furniture of all shapes and sizes should it be needed, it gets the sun from midday onwards. That leaves the roof terrace, it's the same square footage as the total apartment and is the perfect place for relaxing or sunbathing, its also the perfect location for night time dinners and barbecues. The terrace has a brick barbecue installed.
