Mas Pedrosa Nature Resort is a magestical land at north from Lloret de Mar, Spain. The property is composed from an agricultural house and 183 Hectares (1.830.000 m2) of agricultural land and forest. The land can be divided into seven pieces from about 25 to 30 hectares each one. The house is located at the mountain top, giving to the house panoramical views to the hills and the Mediterranean Sea. It is also sun drenched during all day and one of the most special thinks is a natural drinkable spring water which emanates continually. The house needs some restoration according to furniture and for an extension of the building that was not finished. The property is isolated from human activity but at 20 minutes from Lloret de Mar (important touristic center), making it a perfect place to invest in roural tourism, The Town Hall of Lloret the Mar has given us permission to construct one rural house in each one of the seven pieces of the land (as long as agricultural activities are justified).
