Me and my husband are advancing in age and our daughter and son in law has chosen research careers in the city, the property is getting too big for us, therefore we would like to:
1) sell the whole property (price is 275 000 Euro) or
2) sell the renovated FARM I only (250 000 Euro ) and possibly enter a partnership with new owners, helping you to get to know the market, to get credible local workers, if you wish to aid you to apply for (EU) funding for mobility and education actions for hosting groups of youth (I have been doing it for more than 20 years at the university and recently for our NGO) or we can just remain your neighbours (e.g. able to keep an eye on your property, when you are out).
We run social economy enterprise - “Green Me” Guesthouse- which has about 50% of average annual occupancy, without striving and advertising (mainly via word of mouth marketing in case of individual guests and via international mobility projects for groups of youth). Our social economy business functions as forest therapy and personal development centre and international youth gathering place, with part of profits being used to sponsor events and actions for the local community. The forestry surrounding our place is perfect for long walks (and “forest bathing” practicing) and off road cycling, there are many NATURA 2000 river and lakes areas within a 10 km radius, with bird watching and river kayaking opportunities. The property is a perfect place for owners who love nature and seek serenity and remoteness, or/and for hosting nature lovers on commercial basis or as a place to settle a small intentional (eco) community. Thanks to full isolation it can be a remote place to cultivate various practices and trainings, far away from curious eyes (located 1,5 km from the village, surrounded at all 4 sides by forests, access to the property from dirt road through the forests, nearest neighbour approximately 1km away). The property consists of two old farms hidden in the forest and all neighbouring land is excluded from building according to spatial development plan for the municipality. The biggest assets of this property are close contact with nature, silence and privacy, as well as possibility to lead a quiet and sustainable life-style. It is equipped with professional security system (including 14 cameras), internet connection, satellite TV, efficient lighting, fireplace. Garage for 2 cars is in the biggest building.
Two guest houses: one has kitchen, 3 bedrooms with own bathrooms and lecture/meeting room for ca 20 people, workbench, store and boiler rooms. The other has kitchen, 1 bedroom with bathroom + living room + 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom. The two guest houses have central heating, 2-function air condition and a fireplace, water from the public water supply. One has internet and TV connection, while the other is perfect for “offline challenge”.
Our guests can use a playground, bonfire, barbecue, sauna, hot bath tub, 4 terraces, table tennis, parking, Wi-Fi. The place fulfils safety and sanitary regulations and can accommodate 12 guests in double rooms at the time.
First floor of the house is renovated – 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, parlour (90 m2), attic of the same size can be changed into 4 rooms with bathrooms for accommodating more guests. Barn of 60 m2 at ground level with attic and separate woodshed 30 m2 (full of chopped wood). Both buildings need new roof covers and plaster, but still are well protected from the weather. Electricity and water from communal systems, central heating in the house, fence.
