The manor was built in 1820 as a center of considerable landed property reaching Zelazowa Wola and the city of Sochaczew. Manor was connected with Zelazowa Wola by a road lined with limes, which continued to Warsaw. Before his departure from Poland, Fryderyk Chopin played in it several times for the local landowner. Chopin's mother Krzyzanowska was related to the owner of the manor. In the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, the Manor changed the owners and the appearance many times.
The facility uses the full urban infrastructure, ie water, sewage, electricity and telephone network. The whole newer part has a basement (120 m2) - the attic area over the old and the new one is over 200 m2. It is possible to build a second floor in the new part of the complex, built around 1920. There are four independent entrances, including two main staircases.
