It all started in 1991 when the Beirinckx - Van den Broeck family came to Poland to open a sister company for AB Ramen en Deuren from Belgium. In Wroclaw they set up the West Wood Product International Company, which still offers a wide range of doors and windows made from wood, PVC and aluminium.

While travelling around Lower Silesia and its surroundings, they visited Ostrowina where they were captivated by the old mill, the adjacent buildings and their surroundings. Even though all the buildings were in a sorry state, they decided to buy the land and restore the buildings to their former glory. They managed to create a unique place, which is bustling with life again.

We guarantee great atmosphere in the quiet of the surrounding forests. Our restaurant specializes in Polish and regional cuisine. We offer a variety of attractions for everybody – bikes, boats, pedalos, Nordic walking poles, as well as trout in the pond for fishing lovers.


Go?ciniec has 10 comfortable double rooms, and three spacious apartments in the recently restored mill. We also intend to open a health spa soon.

The open-air museum near the vineyard exhibits a collection of old houses from different regions of Poland. Restored and refurbished, they will provide more accommodation options for our guests.
