The apartment is in a very privileged location. A unique and quiet location to enjoy the landscape and environment of the river.

There are several surf and kite surf schools, canoeing, diving, fishing and boating.
Diverse gastronomy in the surrounding areas and always with very good fish.

Nearby, the river pier Seixal where is the departing and arriving spot of daily boats to and from Lisbon. The traveler has all kind of public transport at their disposal, especially the boat to Lisbon (the trip takes about 15-20 minutes). A pleasant trip with a beautiful view over Lisbon.

Alternatively, you can always rent a car. If needed I can provide you a driver.

You can also enjoy our beautiful beaches with a length of over 30 km of sand between the beach of Meco and Costa da Caparica. A 15-minute drive from several beaches such as Costa da Caparica and Fonte da Telha. About 20 to 30 minutes from Setúbal, Arrábida and Tróia.

For travelers arriving by car, you can have the privilege to visit the main historic areas of Lisbon in three days, with programs already predefined, within minutes of the apartment, without being dependent on schedules and hiring other kinds of transport (you will also save time on your stay). ???Confuso

For travelers who don’t want to drive away from the city, you can also enjoy a great stay in the historic city of Seixal where you can meet the Natural Bay and enjoy the local cuisine. There are several fish specialties and excellent wines.
