The apartment is located in the very famous Lerici/Golfo dei Poeti sea area which is connected by boats and roads to Porto Venere and the Cinque Terre National Park. Pugliola is an elegant and small village overlooking the Lerici town, a few minutes walk away from the beaches and the town.
The property is on the 3rd and top floor of a 16th century three family house in the heart of the village. The apartment is reached through a typically Ligurian 33 steps staircase. The overall apartment has been fully restored inside very recently and it is in perfect conditions and nicely furnished. The very spacious main room combines a kitchen area with a dining/living space with a double sofa bed and all the necessary utilities. The other room has a double bed with a wardrobe and a window overlooking the Lerici castle, the sea and the Pugliola village. The bathroom is tiled with Carrara marble and it is completely equipped (bidet, shower, cabinet etc.). A balcony, which can be reached through two different doors from the living room, extends through the all length of the apartment with a 180° view: the sea on the left side, the mountains on the right side and the roofs of the old village in front. The overall view from the balcony is unique and really fantastic. On the balcony there is a folding metal table where up to 5 persons can have meals. The property includes a private parking slot on a meadow 60 m away from the house entrance (a real rarity in this area).
