Bank, post office, ATM machine, grocery store & gas station are all within walking distance. Slovenian capital Ljubljana is only an hour drive away - airport approx. 45 minutes. Highway is nearby (approx. 20 km).

A couple of hotels in the vicinity offer spa & massage, swimming pools and even a water park. There are plenty of restaurants and bars available nearby, as well as rural tourism providers.

Kranjska Gora is the place to stay for numerous sports enthusiasts. It features almost 300 kms of cycling routes, hundreds of kilometers of hiking routes and excellent skiing slopes. EVENTS:

Kranjska Gora is well known by its mens skiing FIS World Cup events, that takes place nearby (Podkoren) yearly. Planica, with its rich tradition well over hundred years old, is well known by hosting numerous World Championships and World Cup Ski Flying events which attract tens of thousands of tourists yearly. A completely new Nordic Center has been built nearby just recently. There are hundreds of local events available throughout the whole year too.
