This large plot of land for sale in Hungary is located in a small village of Csakbereny on the southern slopes of the Vertes Mountain range. Due to its unusual terrain attributes, this area hosts an exceptionally high variety of wildlife species and visitors can also sample wines brewed on the historical Vertes Mountain. There are also two drilled wells with depths of 96 metres and 235 metres. They have permits which allow the owner to withdraw 400,000 cubic metres of groundwater annually. To some extent a sewer system has been built but does not cover the entire property.

The advantage of this beautiful land is that it is city planned which means that the owner has the possibility to develop whatever he or she wishes. It could be anything from villas, apartments, residential houses, hotels, factories or other similar facilities.

The building permit for the land is approved and available (valid until year 2020, there is an option to prolong it with another 5 to 10 years).

A property of this size with this kind of permit is extremely hard to come by this close to Budapest, so its an excellent opportunity to buy an investment plot of land in Hungary.
