The terminal is located on the land immediately adjacent to the South waters Bug Bay.

• The terminal has been registered in 1999 and is intended for receiving the timber logs, sawn timber in its processing and then export turnover up to 100 000 m3 of industrial wood per year.
• Terminal total area is approximately 13.1 hectares with a free portion adjacent to the development area of about 20.1 hectares.
• Land with a total area of 33.2 hectares located in the territory of Korabelniy in the city of Mykolayiv (South Bay Bug):
• Plot southern border is directly adjacent to the territory of the "Ocean" plant
• As part of the transport communications there is a railway network with a total length of 1,75km
• The length of roads in the territory of 2,44km
• The depth of the approach to the terminal area is 5.2 m (this may be increased to 11.2 m in accordance with passport depths Dneprovsko-Bug-Liman Channel (BDLC)).
