We offer for sale a historic, completely renovated Detrich mansion in the village of Benadiková near Liptovský Mikuláš.Detrich mansion was originally a single-storey rectangular baroque building. A side wing was built in 1730. The manor house has a classicist facade with a central three-axis risalit ending in a triangular gable with a tympanum. In the gable, the windows have triangular overdoor, in the side windows, segmental ones. It is the only intact mansion left from the three mansions of Kiszel, Detrich and Lubyov families that were in the Benadiková.
It has undergone two complete reconstructions, and the current owner introduced it to its current form in 2008. The reconstruction preserved as much of the original architecture elements as possible.
Currently, the castle serves as a small flat house consisting of the main building and the right wing. In the main part there are 3 flats with separate facilities (kitchenette and bathroom), a large common room with a kitchenette, a large residential attic, a technical room, and a spacious vaulted cellar. In the right wing there is a boiler room with a pellet boiler and two more flats.
The total usable area of the mansion is 365 m2.
