The second apartment is constructed with wood, clay and whitewash, having a greater surface thanks to the protruding area, a typical architectural feature from Tras-os-Montes. The two apartments can be united to form a full house. The inner divisions, which need conservation work, may be altered to correspond to the wishes of the owner with the approval from the municipality. The house needs reroofing and remaking of the electrical and water systems. All the municipal facilities are available, since this was an inhabited house, which, for reasons of moving out from the city, was not inhabited for some years.
