Property Description
The stone house, located in the center of Maslinica places, on the waterfront. House area is 34m2 x 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed for two persons and a bathroom. On the first floor are two bedrooms with double bed, and on the top floor (attic) there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a sofa for one person. House is decorated rustic style.The house has two entrances, front and back, and wooden steps leading through the house from the ground floor to the first floor.
At the rear of the house there is a small terrace (5m2) with a table and chairs.
Near the house there are restaurant and bars, shops, souvenir shops and a bus stop.
Pets are welcome (no charge ).

Maslinica (Croatia, Central Dalmatia, Island Solta) is the only Solta's village located in the cove of the western part of the island. It has beautiful scenery and pine wood in the south side and also it has well-protected cove of Sesul and the archipelago of seven islands.
Today Maslinica is very attractive for tourists who desire a complete peace through day and night. Ferries and ships don't come here so Maslinica is connected to Split by bus through Rogac. Since Maslinica is old and traditional village there's no modern beach with tourist attractions. In the bay of Tepli Bok there's a small beach, but the main beauty of this village is that in any bay you can find a great place for swimming.
