We are selling a beautiful holiday house (66m2 - square metre) with a vineyard and all the necessary equipment for the cultivation of vineyards (763m2 - surface of the property). The ground floor has a kitchen, bathroom and a larger dining-living area. Bedroom is in the attic. In the basement is a storage area for wine, a table and the equipment for processing wine. The house was built in 1988 and renovated in 2010.On the south side of the land we have a very fertile soil. There is around 270 of vine plants (mixed species), which brings about 500l of wine per year. We were producing very good white and red wine. Under the vineyard is the land where you can grow garden vegetables - BIO clean.
The nearest airports are in Ljubljana and Zagreb. The property is close to the ?atež spa resort and Krka spa resort. The Adriatic sea is only a 2 hours drive away.
