Historic residential building of late nineteenth-century architecture, detached, in pre-war development. The first owner of the house was a German dentist. The technical condition of the building can be described as very good as for a building from 1900.
Location:
The residence is located in a unique town in western Poland, about 80 km from the German border and 15 km from the airport. You can get to the property from Odrzanska and Spokojna Streets. The distance from the centre of Sulechow is about 1 km. The out-of-town exit is very convenient because of the nearby Sulechow ring road and S-3 road.
General characteristics:
The three-storey building consists of a basement, the first floor and the attic space. The residence was built with traditional methods. The front part of the plot includes the development, the back part of the large recreational area, consisting of an orchard and ornamental greenery. The grounds are situated in the area equipped with municipal-energy and gas utilities. The land is flat and great for further development. Because of its large size, there is a possibility to detach an additional building plot, with a separate entrance.
The internal structure is open to imagination because it is not regulated as a historical monument. Therefore, it can be arranged according to its own preferences.
The roof is flat, partly pitched. It is a unique and centre point. The roof is covered with an exclusive natural stone slate in graphite colour.
The attic offers plenty of possibilities for the future owner. It consists of a vast open space, with access to the terrace and natural light — the room is illuminated by a very unusual small elliptical windows in the sloping part of the roof. There are also wooden roof truss pillars and brick chimneys in the attic.
The cellar was renovated and has got a separate entrance. It features an arched ceiling and natural light. The walls are covered with decorative bricks, which makes it even more attractive.
External finishing of the building:
The external elevation (clinker brick) is distinguished by unique decorative elements such as cornices, stucco work, window bands. The building was not entered into the national register of historic monuments. However, it is located within the area of the urban complex of Sulechow, entered into the national register of historic monuments.
The property is dedicated to the enthusiast of historical relics desiring to restore the building to its original glory.
Up to now, the residence has been designed for residential purposes, but it can also be adapted to retail and service premises.
